Abdominal Curl (2)

AB CURL UP 1 AB CURL UP 2

1) Lying on your back with the feet hip distance apart.

2) Fold the arms over the abdomen.

3) Inhaling lift the head up off the floor and use the abdominal muscles to try to sit up, extend the arms and hold for 3-5 breaths.

4) Exhale lower down.

Repeat as many times as you feel okay to.
