Abdominal Leg Lifts

ABDOMINAL - LEG LIFTS AND LOWER - ALTERNATE

1) Lying on your back with the knees bent.

2) Place the hands in yoni mudra (thumbs touching and first finger touching—making a downwards pointing triangle shape) over the lower abdomen (womb area).

3) Inhale lift a leg and exhale lower it down (you can also hold the leg up for a few breaths and then lower it).

4) Repeat on the other side.

Repeat as many times as you like.
