Pelivic Lifts

Abdoninal work - pelvic lifts

1) Lying on your back. Hands in yoni mudra (thumbs touching and first finger touching—making a downwards pointing triangle shape).

2) Inhale and lift your hips off the ground—strengthening the legs and pushing the feet down.

3) Make sure the weight is across the shoulder blades and not on the neck.

4) Hold up for 3-5 breaths or just lower  down on the  exhale.

5) Repeat as many times as you like.
