Abdoninal work - womb yoga open right knee

1) Lying on your back with the hands in Yoni Mudra, inhale and then exhale open the legs and take the knees down to the sides.

2) Inhale when you take the knees back up.

3) Stay with the legs open for as long as you like.

4) Focus on the healing energy of the breath.
