Abdoninal work - pelvic tilts

Helps to re-tone the pelvic floor muscles

1) Lying on your back. Hands in yoni mudra (thumbs touching and first finger touching—making a downwards pointing triangle shape).

2) Inhale and curl your tailbone up as the lower back pushes down into the mat, squeeze the pelvic floor muscles as you do.

3) You can hold up here for 3-5 breaths or simply inhale tilt and exhale lower—change and do both.

Repeat up to 10 times.
