Revolving Abs

Abdoninal work - revoling abs 1

1) Lying on floor with the arms out at shoulder height.

2) Inhale; lift the legs up so that the knees are above the hips (feet can also be on the floor).

3) Exhale and lower the knees down towards the right side of the body.

4) On the next inhale bring the legs back up and repeat on the other side.

5) Move with the breath.

6) Inhaling up and exhaling to the side.

7) Look in the opposite direction to the knees each time.

Do this as many times as you like. Then relax.
