Samasthitih (Upright Standing)

Samasthitih (Samasthitiḥ) = Upright Standing

Dṛṣṭi: nāsāgre = to the nose

Standing posture.

Focus on the feet connecting with the ground/earth and strengthen up through the body without tensing any part.

Lift the chest up and dip the chin slightly.

Arms are long and strong.

Hold this posture for three breaths and then relax.
