Shoulder Openings

1) Sitting on floor or in a chair.

2) Interlink the fingers behind the head and bring the elbows  together in front.

3) On an inhale, open up the arms and take the elbows back, lifting the chest at the same time.

4) Then as you exhale draw the elbows in to the front again.

5) Repeat this as many times as you like—you can also imagine all the tensions release with each exhale.
