Virabhadrasana C

Virabhadrasana C (Vīrabhadrāsana) = Warrior Posture C

Stand with the feet wide apart and the hands on the hips.

Turn the right foot out to the side and then come on to the balls of the left foot toes.

Bend the right knee over the ankle. The hips should be facing the bended leg.   Inhale and place the hands on your hips and lift the chest.

Gaze gently forwards and keep the neck relaxed.

Relax the shoulders.

Hold for three to five breaths, and then repeat on the other side.
