YOGA ~ Through yoga your body will gradually achieve greater endurance, your spine will become more flexible, your body will come to its natural weight and rid itself of toxins, you will breathe more easily, you will gain energy, your circulation will improve, your blood pressure will normalize, you will have an easier time coping with stress, and you will have more pleasant thoughts and fewer negative emotions.

Sarah Swindlehurst is a registered Senior Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance Professionals.

Useful Information About Classes and One-One Sessions:

  • Do not practice on a full stomach; wait at least 1½ – 2 hours after eating.
  • Wear loose comfortable clothing, tracksuit, t-shirt etc, generally yoga practice is done barefoot.
  • If you have a mat please bring it along as I only have a limited number for students to borrow.
  • Please bring a blanket or warm clothing for meditation and relaxation, as the body temperature does drop after the warming postures we practice in class.
  • Classes are for beginners to advanced ~ modifications in postures are shown for all abilities.
  • Please advise the teacher of any medical conditions, pregnancies etc. before commencing the class.
  • Bring A SMILE! Yoga is supposed to be fun!
