Breathing Pain Away ~

1) Starting sitting with the legs out straight and the spine straight.

2) Close your eyes and focus on your breathing through the nose.

3) Now focus your intention on healing and releasing any pain or discomfort that you feel.

4) Inhale imagine healing energy coming in through your nose and traveling to the point of your pain (and healing it).

5) Then exhale imagine your pain is carried away from the pain site and leaving your body.

6) Inhale imagine healing energy coming in, and exhale imagine the pain leaves the body.

7) Conintue to do this for as long as you like.

Usually anything from 5minutes to 20 minutes is enough.

Repeat daily.
