In Yoga Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Nutrition, Sarah specialises in therapy for clinical & general health, mental health, including trauma healing, anxiety/depression, phobias, eating disorders, and women’s health (studied women’s health with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli). Success stories include ME clients, women with fertility issues, asthma, sinusitis, smoking addiction, hypertension, insomniacs, depression, anxiety disorders, behavioural issues – ADHA, ADD in children.

With a sound working knowledge of yoga, nutrition and of medical ‘symptoms’, Sarah creates ‘prescriptions’ that are individualised towards the persons ‘symptom’ or illness. As much of Sarah’s work is with those recovering from trauma, she uses TRE (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises) and or Brainspotting to assist the client to move on from their trauma, in very safe and effective processes. Please do contact Sarah more, for a more personalised perspective on how she can help you.

Not just working with the mechanics of the physical body and nutrition, Sarah works with the clients emotional, mental and spiritual bodies also. With an understanding that ‘symptoms’ usually start first in the energetic body(ies) and then eventually manifest as ‘symptoms’ in the physical body, Sarah works to get to the very root of the cause. For example, a symptom can stem from an emotional response that has embedded its self in the body or a mental illness that is playing itself out in behavioural forms. Whatever the cause, Sarah works with the client in order to heal the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self.
