Move slowly with the breath—inhale up and exhale lower.

1) Lying on your back with the knees bent.

2) Inhale and raise the right leg up first and straighten it.

3) Exhale lower the straight leg so it is just off the floor and then inhale take it back up, then again exhale lower, and inhale lift up again.

4) Exhaling bend the knee and place the foot on the floor.

5) Repeat on the other side.

Usually done 3 times on each side.
