Reclining Cobbler (Supta Baddha Konasana)

 Reclining Cobbler

Lie on your back with a small towel under your upper back (or without the towel is fine) to lift the upper body slightly.

Have the arms at the sides of the body or resting on your lower abdomen.

Bring the feet up closer to you and together so that the soles of the feet are touching.

Let your knees gently drift out to the sides.

Breathe some slow gentle breaths and visualise the healing Prana flowing around your lower abdomen, heart and throat.

Stay here for as long as you are comfortable.
