Shoulder Rotations, Pectorial Stretch & Upper Back Stretch

1) Sitting or standing, interlink the fingers behind the back.

2) Inhale lift the chest and draw the hands away from the back (be careful not to strain the neck).

3) Hold for 3-5 breaths and then exhale release the hands and take them forwards.

4) Roll the shoulders forwards, again hold and breathe here for 3-5 breaths.

Repeat up to 5 times.
